Tracy R. Cooper

​Tracy R. Cooper, EMBA is a thoughtful business strategist, executive coach, and corporate facilitator who specializes in developing personnel management and leadership skills through deep connection and understanding of the human mosaic.  She has a proven track record of more than 20 years, working for several Fortune 500 companies in Operations Management Leadership.  Tracy believes a successful business strategy must include a commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-racism (DEI&A) in the workplace.  Over the past 3 years, Tracy has expanded her work to include supporting organizations in transformational DEI&A culture initiatives as a Principal Consultant & Executive Coach for Trinity Transition Consultants.

As the Founder and President of Tracy Cooper Consulting, LLC, she has worked closely with clients to develop strategies for customer collaboration, workforce development, sustainable improvement, and innovation. As an Executive Coach and certified Enneagram Practitioner, she embraces the Enneagram Personality Profile framework to guide leaders in developing personnel management and leadership skills necessary to prevent and manage conflict, engage employees in healthy, inclusive, and productive interactions, and increase productivity. Her passion, wisdom, and experience in developing proficient leaders and sustainable organizational cultures facilitate opportunities for growth and development that are beneficial to her clients.

As a leading Operations Management Executive for over 20 years, Tracy has a special awareness for uniting and motivating teams, implementing strategy, directing change management initiatives, and launching systems.  She is widely sought after for her ability to establish strong vendor and customer relations, and for utilizing equitable negotiation strategies to optimize operations activities while maintaining cost and compliance controls. Tracy is an expert in continuous process improvement while simultaneously focusing on cultivating an atmosphere that fosters employee engagement.  She has developed her passion and expertise as an Operations Executive across several industries including Food & Beverage, Medical Devices, and Electric Utility.

Tracy holds an EMBA from the University of Florida, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and recently completed an Advance Executive Education program in Innovation, Management and Technology at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management.  She is a proud native New Yorker who recently relocated to beautiful Fresno, California.
