The outputs of the socialization process, or the socialization goals, include things like individual commitment, internalization of new organizational values, and character each bring to the group.  Ultimately, the end product of socialization may be viewed as a psychological contract between the new member and the group. In other words, each individual walking the talk of the agency or team. For this contract to be fulfilled, some individual adjustment is usually required. This adjustment, or transformation, is the MINDSET of the socialization process.
