A Bit About Me

Laura Nechanicky-Booth, MS, LMFT, CEC is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Crisis Trainer, and Leading Certified Enneagram Coach. She specializes in life, marriage, and leadership coaching and is passionate about helping her clients build deeper relationships through the power of the Enneagram.  She has worked closely with individuals, couples, veterans, first responders, and their families alike.  In her more than 15 years of practice, she has done this work in many capacities such as clinical treatment director, private therapist and coach, an embedded provider with the National Guard, certified trainer in Crisis Intervention Training (CIT), a nationally known, police-based, first responder program. 


She has been involved in numerous collaborative task forces to improve organizational systems within communities, public services, hospitals, and mental health providers. She worked at the Veterans Treatment Court in St. Louis County, a collaborative program designed to assist veterans in the criminal justice system get treatment, following recommendations, and ensuring they meet their obligations to themselves, the court, and their community.


Currently, Laura provides individual and couples coaching, leadership workshops, seminars, conferences, and retreats. She strives to build better connections within businesses, organizations, and marriages through self-awareness, resilience, and leadership skills. She is committed to helping those she works with break down barriers, communicate better, and courageously embrace living their life to the fullest. 


Strong relationships equal healthier families and united communities. She believes in creating a ripple effect of love, compassion, and connection. Community organizations and Law enforcement agencies are in a unique and powerful position to amplify this ripple effect. Due to Laura’s extensive professional experience, she is able to provide guidance and resources to community and law enforcement agencies so that they can make a bigger impact.
